What We Do Not Promise
If leather is deeply cracked from long neglect, or a bag’s structure has warped beyond repair, we will say so rather than take the job. We accept only pieces we can restore safely and well, and we never fit non-original hardware and present it as original.

Is there a minimum volume?
There is no minimum for a first trial. Terms for ongoing work depend on regular volume or batch commissions.
How long does a batch take?
It depends on the work involved. For regular partners we agree on schedules in advance.
Can you fix severe leather cracking?
Leather that is structurally broken or deeply cracked cannot be fully restored. We can make the damage less visible or replace the panel, and we will tell you which makes more sense for resale.
