Privacy Policy
Effective date
Sinsa Atelier (“the atelier”) complies with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and processes only the minimum personal information needed to advise you and handle your work. This policy explains what we collect and why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights.
1. Information we collect
When you apply for a trade partnership, leave a review, or consult us on KakaoTalk, Instagram or by phone, we may receive:
- Partnership application: business name, country and contact email (required); business website, monthly volume, main brands and preferred contact channel (optional)
- Reviews: name (or how you wish to be addressed), rating, review text and photos (optional)
- KakaoTalk, Instagram or phone consultations: the name and contact details needed to reply, photos and a description of your bag, the brand and the work you want
- Collected automatically: access logs (time of visit, pages viewed, browser and device information, referrer) and cookies
Messages and photos exchanged on KakaoTalk or Instagram are also stored by those services under the privacy policies of their operators (Kakao Corp. and Meta Platforms, Inc.).
2. Why we use it
- Consultation: to explain what can be done and an estimated price from your photos and description
- Partnership review: to tell you whether and on what terms we can work together, based on your business details and volume
- Job updates: to contact you about receipt, progress, completion and return
- Reviews: to verify and publish reviews you agree to share
- Improving the site: statistical analysis of access logs in a form that does not identify you
3. How long we keep it
We keep your information for one year after the consultation ends and then delete it without delay, unless the law requires us to keep it longer:
- Records of contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records of payment and supply of goods or services: 5 years (same Act)
- Records of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (same Act)
- Website access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where a law specifically requires it or an investigative authority requests it through due legal process.
5. Service providers (processors)
We entrust the following tasks to service providers, under agreements that require your information to be handled securely.

6. International transfers
These providers operate servers outside Korea, including in the United States, so your information may be transferred to and stored in those countries.
What is transferred is the information in section 1 (names and contact details are excluded from automatic sorting); it is transferred over the network when you submit a partnership application or a review, and kept for the periods in section 3. If you prefer your information not to leave Korea, you can consult us by phone instead, although online submission may then be unavailable.
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask to see, correct or delete your information, to stop its processing, or to withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below and we will act without delay and let you know the outcome.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.
8. How we delete information
When the retention period ends or the purpose has been fulfilled, we delete the information without delay. Electronic files are erased so they cannot be recovered; paper records are shredded or incinerated.
9. Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for visitor statistics, which may store cookies. The data is used only in aggregate form that does not identify individuals.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
10. Security
Access to personal information is limited to those who need it, data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS), and the administration area is available only after authentication.

12. Changes
This policy takes effect on 2026-09-29. We will post any changes on this page at least seven days before they take effect.
