How to Commission from Abroad
- Send PhotosSend clear photos of your piece by Instagram DM or KakaoTalk. Show all sides and any damaged areas.
- Honest AssessmentWe review your photos and send a written assessment of what can and cannot be done. The cost is confirmed after we inspect the piece, and no commitment is required at this stage.
- Ship Your PieceShip your piece to our Seoul atelier with an insured courier. We will send you packaging guidance and our full address.
- Receive Your Restored PieceBefore-and-after photos are included with every commission.

Leather Dyeing & Recolouring
The original colour restored, or the whole piece re-dyed in a darker shade. Our main specialty.
Leather Restoration
Reconditioning worn, dry or scratched leather surfaces.
Edge Paint Repair
Restoring peeling or worn edge paint along handles, straps and body.

Cleaning and polishing metal hardware without damaging the surrounding leather.

What We Don't Promise
Not every piece can be returned to its original state. Severe structural damage, deep cracking from long neglect or permanent deformation may be beyond restoration. If so, we will tell you in our first assessment rather than take on work we cannot do well.

Can I get a quote without sending my piece?
Yes. Send us clear photos by Instagram DM or KakaoTalk and we will reply with an initial assessment. The cost is confirmed once we receive and inspect the piece.
How long does the process take?
Transit time is extra, and we confirm a timeline after assessing your piece.
What if the result is different from what I expected?
We agree on expectations in writing before any work begins.
Is my piece insured in transit?
Please insure your shipment at its declared value, both on the way to Seoul and for the return. We are not liable for damage in transit.
