Terms of Service
Effective date
These terms set out the conditions for using the bag re-dyeing, restoration and repair services that Sinsa Atelier (“the atelier”) provides through this website and its consultation channels.
1. Purpose
These terms define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the atelier and its clients.
2. Quotes
Any price we give in a KakaoTalk, Instagram or phone consultation is an estimate based on your photos and description.
The final price and scope are confirmed after we inspect the bag in person, and work begins only once you agree. If the inspection differs from the estimate, we will tell you before starting.
3. Turnaround
Turnaround depends on the work and the condition of the bag, so we confirm it after inspecting the bag in person. If sourcing materials or newly found damage changes the schedule, we will let you know in advance.
4. Limits of restoration
Depending on the age of the leather, earlier repairs and the material itself, a bag may not return exactly to its original state. Where we cannot promise a good result we will explain this before starting, and we will not take on work we cannot do well.
5. Aftercare
The scope and length of any aftercare are explained when you entrust the work to us. Damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or later repairs elsewhere is not covered.
6. Receiving, storing and returning items
Please pack items securely when sending them by courier; loss or damage in transit is governed by the courier’s own terms.
If we cannot reach you, or an item is not collected, within 30 days of our completion notice, we may not be able to keep storing it — please tell us if your contact details change.
7. Our responsibility
We store and work on items with the care of a diligent custodian. If an item is damaged or lost through our intent or negligence, we will compensate you in accordance with the law and the Korean consumer dispute resolution standards.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before work begins. After work has started, charges may apply for the work already done; we will explain the amount at the time of cancellation.
9. Disputes
If you have a complaint, please call us first (+82 10-2134-4120) and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
If we cannot reach agreement, you may apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or another dispute resolution body; any litigation falls under the competent court determined by the Civil Procedure Act. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
10. Effective date
These terms take effect on 2026-09-29.
