We take enquiries by direct message — Instagram DM in English, or our official KakaoTalk channel. There is no photo upload or price calculator on this site. We ask about your piece first and tell you what can and cannot be done.

What to send in the chat
- A few photos of the whole bag — front, back and sides
- Close-ups of the damaged or faded areas
- The brand and model, and the work you have in mind
Whether to send photos in the chat is up to you. A written description is fine too.
What happens next
- We ask about the piece and tell you first what is and is not possible.
- Once you bring in or ship the piece, we inspect it and agree on the scope and cost.
- Work begins only after you agree.
Dye can only take leather darker than its current colour. We cannot dye a bag to a lighter colour.
