Hermès Constance in green suede — H clasp re-plated, suede re-dyed

A Hermès Constance in green suede. The suede had gone uneven in colour where hands touch it, and scratches had built up on the mirror face of the H clasp, dulling its shine.

A same-colour restoration back to the original green. The clasp was re-plated in a silver tone (a separate job from the dyeing).

No particular limits were noted. Any difference the leather keeps is explained before work begins.

The before (grey wall, white stand) and the after (grey floor with window shadows) were shot in different settings, so the colour comparison is only a guide.
