Symptom
A Hermès Constance in green suede. The suede had gone uneven in colour where hands touch it, and scratches had built up on the mirror face of the H clasp, dulling its shine.
A round stain is visible on the upper flap.
Common cause
Hardware that meets sweat, cosmetics and perfume loses its plating first.

Work
The clasp reflects crisply.
A same-colour restoration back to the original green. The clasp was re-plated in a silver tone (a separate job from the dyeing).

금속 부속의 구조
금속 부속은 바탕 금속 위에 얇은 도금층을 입힌 구조입니다. 땀과 화장품이 자주 닿는 자리부터 도금층이 닳아 바탕 금속이 드러납니다.

벗겨진 도금과 변색된 금속 부속을 복원합니다
- 부속을 가방에서 떼어 낼 수 있는지 확인합니다
- 표면을 연마하고 변색을 정리합니다
- 원래 톤에 맞춰 재도금하거나 코팅합니다
- 가방에 다시 달고 작동을 확인합니다
